Mineral Purchasing

There are many groups in the Monroe County area attempting to purchase our property

for mineral rights.  Is there a reputable group that anyone is aware of.  I would appreciate

a name and number?

Your best bet would be to contact the lawyer group KWGD out of Akron. First of all you need an attorney anyway to help with this decision. There's people on this site that have used them. They don't take much at all for doing this. You can tell them what money and terms you want and they will put it out for bid. I have been looking into selling some since July and have yet to find any company that I fully trust yet.

Monroe, can't say I would sell that unless the price was thru the roof but everyone has different. Situations. So. This is a good start. Maybe someone can help. I would. Also go to the courthouse, if you can fine a space, and try to find out what others have been paid. Around here they also list land transactions in the paper. This might help you out a value on your property. After that start calling all the companies that will talk to you. Like fishing. Then see what happens. It seems you have a good location so it shouldn't be a problem finding interest. Its now just a matter of what u want. Good luck.
