already into the second term so the bonus money is gone and from what I have seen is $ 2500 an acre ball park what they are offering in your area?

We were able to get 3k per acre for a tract in Brooke (this year)

ok becky thank you I know they don't want to give you very much when the bonus money is gone. can I ask you who the mineral buyer was?

becky we were in a unit clear up til time to drill after 6 months I called want to know where division orders were they said im not in the unit but on the web site that shows all the permits and plats it says as drilled in big red letters and my name is on it  this is swn in brooke county
