What can a person due when they find out a property that you are a descendant to was drill through without a legal lease had not be signed. And I personally advised them that the people that own property had no right to mi ets. Also I had sent Chk a willthat stated the mineral right had been reserved and also sent them the current deed that stayedythe mineral had been reserved for this property. Chk really didn’t want to do anything cause they need to drillthis well to hold a few other property into their old lease. They have been pulling oil and gas off this property for 5 plus years.

Title has been run and clearly states our position.
We have a deed and the other party does not.

This is where you make a decision to pick your battles.
Yes this needs to go to court which is very expensive.
There have been many big name owners of this property and the mistake goes way back to the company who made the original mistake.
