A deed in our chain reads - "...the one-sixteenth (1/16) part of all of the oil and one-half gas in place in or under, or which may be produced....."

Does this sentence signify 1/16 of 100% of the oil (1/16) and 1/16 of 50% of the gas (1/32)? Or does it be read as 1/16 of 100% of the oil, and 1/2 of 100% of the gas?

Since it references 'ALL' of the oil and 'one-half' of the gas, does that change how it is read?

Any help would be appreciated!
