New Repsol well and into a unit in Blossburg

It's been a long time since I have been on here, I was notified last week that Repsol is issuing me a new lease for 2 years and I will be getting placed into a unit. The well should be live by March 2023. 15% royalties and no deductions. I have 17.5 acres. The wellhead will be 6. I have no idea what to expect. Any advice?
