Pipeline construction and other infrastructure construction going gangbusters in Ohio. At this point there are many drilled wells that are WOPL ...waiting on pipeline. There are over 133 pipeline projects in Ohio including interstate projects. Cryogenic plants new ones planned, 2nd and 3rd trains being finished or started, rail lines being purchased and upgraded. Just drove thru Columbiana, Carroll, Tuscarawas, Coshocton counties yesterday and there was activity in every county. Disposal well going in, wells, pipelines, lay down yards, new businesses in almost every town related to industry.

James is absolutely correct.  There are 400+ wells that are drilled but not in production due to pipelines and infrastructure and when this is finished there will be a surge in production in many areas.

Chip,

 It has happened before it will happen again ... admit it.

 Try to look at the bigger picture.

 The # of new permits is but one statistic and it can vary widely every week.

 This is normal.

 There are BILLIONS of dollars being invested in active O&G Projects in Ohio.
