This lull in drilling is what we all needed in the Appalachian Basin to fix what has gone terribly wrong. It is actually a MIRACLE that had no chance of ever happening except by this international stroke of luck.

With few exceptions, most Landowners are being stolen from and those unaware were signing away their lands Right Of Way to pipeline companies unaware that the companies were stealing their ROWs.

Those who are not being stolen from more than likely can't decipher their Royalty Statements, aren't under production, and have yet to realize what that Cardinal Pipeline ROW Contract they signed actually means. These folks hope I'm wrong about this theft. No one in our society had plans to stop what we are experiencing. Most lawyers are in a position to make money off of our theft by using a continuous cycle of suits, none of which would actually end our misery. Only the Hope Christian Fellowship vs Chesapeake Complaint has a clause that will stop this theft without additional lawsuits at 2 year frequencies.

A large number of those under production by the largest domestic O&G company in the Appalachian Basin, are now receiving no royalties due to being "OVERPAID" by Chesapeake's own Marketing company, Chesapeake Energy Marketing Inc, now under a new name with no change in their Unethical conduct. CEMI has consistently under paid Landowners. We all have the proof of this in the Chesapeake Energy Revenue Department spreadsheet used to pay Buck Well 1H during the 1st 5 months of production.

It is estimated that Chesapeake Energy pays a royalty range of 10% to 0% of the Royalty stated in our leases. Most landowners are now in the 0% range. The 10% range was seen during the winter of 2014 when well products were at a peak value. No one can show that a royalty has ever been paid on NGLs, they have actually been used to reduce the oil & gas fraudulent royalty amounts that were going to be paid before being reduced further by NGL processing. NGL processing is the same as the Pipeline fraud being used in PA.

It's time to write to everyone in the government (County, State and Federal) and demand that they act or their inactivity will be corrected using our right to vote. We need honest leaders not the followers we now have watching our theft while supporting our "Turn A Blind Eye" governor who somehow became rich while serving as gov, and thinks he is fit to be a president. His 2nd in command Pay To Play atty gnl who had $1 million refunded to him a few years back is also doing very well on a state paycheck.

Fix this theft now or live with it when the drilling starts again in the future. Personally, if the drilling never restarts it will be fine with me. I'd rather leave the well products in the ground than experience this theft by the same or another unethical O&G company that is allowed to operate above the laws of Ohio.

This is "Law Day", but it might as well be RING OF HONOR day, since those of us being stolen from see our Countries laws in the same light we see ROH on TV, as phony as the day is long.
