Permalink Reply by Linda Masters on September 15, 2013 at 2:23am This is also a good note to put in lease...you want 24 hours notice when anyone is going to be on your property. WE CAUGHT SOME GUYS IN THE MIDDLE OF MY SONS PROPERTY MARKING AN OLD PIPELINE. WE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT EXISTED. HOWEVER YOU DON'T WANT PEOPLE JUST DOING WHATEVER THEY WANT TOO. THEY ALSO HAD PEOPLE SHOW UP TO SEE IF ANY ARTIFACTS COULD BE FOUND IN THE PROPOSED ROW

Permalink Reply by lynn on September 14, 2013 at 2:30pm Jessica-you might want to check your lease. A friend of mine said his lease with Chesapeake allows seismic testing. The ones that mark the paths had no markings and were only one color.
