Owner seeking capital

I have leased some acreage in NEPA area working with another partner and we are looking for help to raise preferred equity to complete well bore drill outs.  We are currently doing about $0.45 / mcf on our operating expenses on our other wells so very high margins.  Any help/leads would be appreciated.
