PA DEP Orders CNX, XTO & Diversified to Plug 1,058 Abandoned Wells

Would Alliance Petroleum/Diversified O&G have been surprised about those wells recently purchased from CNX that now require plugging?

If they didn't do their research I'd say they would be very surprised

Check the PA DEP website for a complete listing of wells.  Click on the news directive for this news and then click on the name of the company for a full listing of wells by well name, county and township.
