PA Geologist on Mission to Inform Landowners on Private Water Well Issues

Some of  you may well have already been to one of Brian's wonderful presentations where he separates fact from hyperbole.  For those who haven't, check him out...  He's got a great project going on now where he's bringing together raw data to build a public database on water quality.

Is Brian a geologic consultant? what degrees does he have? where did he receive his degrees? what is his professional work experience?
