Passmore, LLC et al v. Rice Drilling D, LLC et al

According to the complaint filed in December 2018 by attorney Craig J. Wilson it appears the Rice Energy specifically leased the Utica shale, but drilled through into the Point Pleasant shale to establish their Wells. 

Any opinions from affected landowners on the claims of "TRESPASS" and  "UNJUST ENRICHMENT, in the case file?

I thought point pleasant was part of Utica being either the upper or lower half later..
