"rig is down and gone.  It looks like a suprasurfae water line is at or near completion leading from someone's pond/lake to the pad to be used for fracking.   "

"I agree, and that seems like common-sense.  However many state legislatures involved themselves and re-defined the dictionary definition of "minerals" to include oil and gas.  As always, gotta be careful who you vote for."

Iam in brinker storage field. and  very interested in contact state legislature about these old leases. let me know what to do.
