Looking for some feedback if $20 per linear foot is good for a pipeline right of way payment. I'm in Monroe County OH, its a 24" gathering line. I'm told from a source at the Ohio Farm Bureau to expect $45 to $75 per foot but not seeing evidence of that anywhere. Any information would be appreciated.

Permalink Reply by WranglerRouser on April 9, 2014 at 3:57pm I can confirm having recently signed a Right-of-Way Agreement with Blue Racer Midstream for one (1) pipeline in Harrison County, not to exceed 16” in diameter for $100.00 (One Hundred Dollars) per linear foot of right of way.
