Price per acre in Pymatuning Township

We have over 50 acres near Reynolds High School and are negotiating a per acre price.  We have been offered $3300 per acre but aren't sure if we should hold out longer.  Any advice???

  The price is not bad but, what percent do they offer? In the long run that may be better. Hold out for at least 18% I got 4,000 but only 15%

Cascade Twp, Lycoming Co.  Anadarko.  If you can check and see if they want to run a gas line across you. If so you can get more.

Our property is in Mercer County PA near the Reynolds High School...any ideas for leases there???  Over 50 arcres??

Rebecca, What are they signing for there? The gas people never tell the truth. Don't belive anything they tell you. What percent do they offer? You may want to check with a lawyer before you sign.

13,500 feet from center of track field to a well being permited on colt road. will be drilled by hilcorp.  see who leased the school? sure thats public record.

Anybody dealing with Carrizo in this area??  If so where and how much are they paying??
