As a landowner or a O&G co. What kind of production would you want to see in a utica well? Some of the Ohio, Belmont co. /Monroe co. wells are seeing 60% liquids,& 40% gas.  Harrison co.  65%/35%,  guernsey is seeing more like 80% liguids,mostly OIL.  As a landowner,I would think the more oil & wet gases would reap the most royalties. as an O&G co. I would think the same, Unless the co. is geared trowards the gas side of the industry, with investments in the gas world. landowner would have to want more oil, or do they even call it oil anymore/
