I am trying to figure out how to quickly check on well permits to see if they have been edited from the original.
As an example, the Rice Energy Bigfoot 9H was drilled to 6500 feet, yet the ODNR map still has it at 10k feet. Is there a quicker way to check on changes to a wells plans? I looked online at the engineering reports but I came up empty.
Thanks!

Look in the completions reports on ODNR. There are some change slips for that well. I did not see any mention of the 6500 ft lateral change though. The slip on there showed a change in the x and y coordinates as well as some other changes.
probably depth was 6500 feet and total drilling was10,000 feet figuring in the horizanol length
I have been following the Bigfoot well closely and according to the ODNR well database Rice submitted revised unit paperwork for Bigfoot and Blue Thunder. According to the county engineer report it was submitted on 3/25/14. I have been checking daily but have no idea how long it might take to see the revised unit under the well summary.
If you run a search for Rice on ODNR county engineer report in Belmont County after 1/1/14 you can see that it has been submitted for all 4 wells but no specific details.
