Where are you in Washington County
We just got an offer for Armstrong Co, PA for 3000 per acre (210 Acres) for a five year lease no royalty.

Is it phishing? we have a recent permit and three lines thru the farm the smallest is 10 in inches and the largest is 26".

Dont know what rock this came from "no royalty", PA OGM law requires min. 1/8 royalty,
you can go for much more % depending on your negoating skills.

I own property in WVa that I wish to lease for gas and would like to get as much info as I can before going any further. Such as, what companies are leasing, and especially which companies are actually drilling?

We own 55 acres in Tioga County Pa and are leased with East but wondered if anyone is top leasing over and above East for the remainder of our lease.
Especially since it appears that East is soon to drill on us
