Signed on with East Resources. Lease up June. Any companies re-leasing land in Middlebury Center, PA?

We signed on with East Resources 5 years ago. Lease is up in 1.5 months. We are NOT in any unit. Are all these leases in the area of Middlebury Center, PA just expiring with no interest from any companies to re-lease land here? Can't seem to find anyone, anywhere that knows anything at all???

wow, the silence is deafening.

thats a tough area currently from what i hear. supposedly theres some iffy shale a few miles over to your west.

there's some folks here on this forum from your area though, they should be droppin' in to let ya know whats up.

in the meantime, if you're surrounded by shell, i'm afraid they're your only game. they dont let nobody else play in their sandbox.

i'm in the same boat over near covington, so i feel your pain buddy.

also expired lease 2011 jackson twp.tioga co.

only interest right now seems to be from ttlc which still exist  out of new york.

received letter back in jan. and they claim they have a co. interested in lands in toiga co.

 If your close to the C Gee well I would give Ed Lias a call land dept. at Shell ( 570-723-1172 ) another option would be Senaca if your close to the state game lands they are gonna drill that soon and maybe you could be put into a unit.If that doesn't help I think we are gonna have to wait till something breaks on the dry gas front.

i guess the only advice i would offer is to buy your wife a nice dinner now and then, and just because you're married to her, doesn't mean she cant still be your girlfriend ya know. ;-)

Lease with ckp up in July Just re upped with inflection for 3 years $500. Per acre. 

Lycoming co. Fairfield Twp.

always has good input.wj its luckydew from pa gas lease.

looks like not much going on with leasing for now.but wj its good to here from.

might have to join in at marie antonette up there on rt 6 now that im retired.
