Starting to Worry

Take it for what it is, talk, but heard this week that Magnum Hunter is well behind in payments to contractors on their office project in downtown Marietta and another company in the business, don't know the name, laid off office staff the day after Christmas in SE Ohio.    Is this a bump in the road or something worse?   Or false?
