This is about oil, but I'm posting anyway because of heartening claims about decline rates.  Apparently the industry has made astonishing strides in well design and construction just in the last several years!  I do not know if this applies equally to natural gas wells.  I hope it does.  Regardless, it appears America is kicking Middle Eastern butt where oil is concerned, and that is great news.:
