The Marcellus and Point Pleasant-Utica Shale plays in the Appalachian Basin contain an estimated mean of 214 trillion cubic feet of undiscovered, technically recoverable continuous resources of natural gas, according to new U.S. Geological Survey assessments.
The latest USGS data is more than 75% higher than the previous USGS study, which estimated the Marcellus held 84 Tcf in 2011, and the Utica in 2012 held a mean of 38 Tcf.

Hey, US Domestic O&G and Kitchen Table O&G lease fraudsters haven't tied up all of the Appalachian Basin and Rome Trough lands, so keep this BIG Find under Your hats until all remaining Landowners are defrauded of their potential wealth.
In Ohio, Landowners must sign a lease or ROW contract, then sign 6 additional times on a required attachment. Why do you think this is?
My bet is that every Ohio Revised Code/Law that protects Ohio Citizens from Real Estate Oil & Gas fraud will need to be signed off on by the Land Owner before they can be stolen from by Landmen.
All Oil & Gas documents are Real Estate Documents, and all signed prior to May 2019 are VOID, when Ohio Law is no longer on Vacation.
One day those documents will have to be RENEGOTIATED. Please make sure to maximize Your take by being educated by a Trusted Source.
O&G companies sure as there is a Hell, Maximized their take, now it will be Our Turn.
Don't forget to donate a "Little Something" similar to the puny royalty you have been paid or not, as a good will gesture for those who will be held at GITMO and other Military Tough Justice facilities. The corrupt will Bigly need Soap On A Rope at the public showers. Old view masters will be a great gift at Christmas time to allow the corrupt to take a Mental Vacation which is all they will ever be able to afford, that is if they ever serve out their time.

But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
