Wanted - Sample Sale of Minerals contract

Does anyone have a Sale of Minerals contract for gas / oil minerals that they were satisfied with and would want to share? I am not talking about a lease for gas and oil, but the SALE of gas/oil minerals.

Thanks in advance.
