What months are included in the ODNR reporting period?

I am currently trying to match the MCF units reported on my royalty check stubs for several years in the past with the units reported to ODNR for the same periods. Before I cry foul, I need to know if the ODNR reporting period follows a normal calendar year or some other fiscal period. Thanks for any info.

I called ODNR and the months for the production period for verticle wells follows the calendar year from Jan. through December. None of the numbers posted on the data base match my check stub totals. Some are close but one is off by 12% on the short side for me. I'm checking to see what was reported to the county.
