Hi Rebekah,

saw your question and there is an explanation at this other discussion here:

http://gomarcellusshale.com/forum/topics/bob-rea-and-alov

he is Very very good man

Bob and his crew have gotten three other landowners groups paid top dollar with a landowner group leading lease and they have also posted top money, each group better than the one before it. There are many here that would attack bob out of their own self interests, but pay them no mind. I am a member of what i count as his fourth group, ALOV Trumbull county, and i am secure in my belief this is the best situation to be in unless it does not pan out for reasons beyond control. if that were to happen i would take whart i have learned and go it alone probably, or start another group maybe, who knows. back on subject, Bob has help all with his work, even those outside his groups with the groundwork they have laid, all have benefitted whether they will admit it or not.

Is he perfect, no. I have issues with the fact that he does not utilize the computer or phone for that matter, often enough to update his members. Cant say too much more than that, Good Luck

Questions:

1. Has ALOV's leased land in Ohio to any other O&G company other than Chesapeake?

2.  How much did the ALOV's lease the Columbiana 30,000 acres to Chesapeake for, in the beginning of last year?

3.  Why did the ALOV not wait for the production reports from the initial wells in the Utica before leading it's 30,000 acreage to lease prematurely for $2250 an acre?

4.  What experience and track record does the ALOV and its legal advisers have in O & G prior to the Utica play?

5.  Why does the ALOV in Trumbull not have documented offers revealed to its membership?

6.  Why does the ALOV's geologist not disclose Trumbull's geology to its members?

I went to one of his meetings. I was not impressed, he  has something going on with CHK.All his deals are with CHK. I think he started out with good intentions now all this money and Power may have gotten to him.

Ron, your really getting close to being removed from my happy chanuka, kwanza, and whatever card list with this crap. Ask Bob Rae and let him defend himself.

How much is Hilcorp paying you as a bird-dog fee for each deal you bring them. Do you get a percentage of Bonus money, royalty, overides on future earnings, what is your price for being a prognosticator of ill wishes against ALOV and its members? Do they pay you to spread this propaganda, disinformation and ill-will online?

ALOV is not accepting new membership, so i see no point of this unless you just wish to drum up business for Hilcorp or whoever, by throwing rocks in hopes of scooping up ALOV's members that drop by the wayside as they give up on the group.

Do you disclose to your residential lot owners the fee you get from Hilcorp, before they sign on the line.

Questions:

1. Has Ron leased land in Ohio to any other O&G company other than Hilcorp?

2.  How much did  Ron lease for in the beginning of last year?

3.  Why did the Ron not wait for the production reports from the initial wells in the Utica before leading it's  _____ acreage to lease prematurely for $____ an acre?

4.  What experience and track record does Ron and his legal advisers have in O & G prior to the Utica play?

5.  Why does Ron not have documented offers revealed to its membership?

6.  Why does Ron's geologist not disclose Trumbull's geology to its members?

Kind of ridiculus right?

1.  Yes our land management company has.

2.  We patiently waited and leased for $5000 to $6000.

3.  We did wait for the production reports on the Utica wells to come out then the price rocketed up and we leased.

4.  Decades of land management experience.

5.  Full disclosure to our landowners baby!

6.  We have no geologist or crystal ball readers.

Lighten up man, read all my past post on landgroups, my opinions are very well established.  Not rediculus at all if you are not middlemen.

Ron, You say lighten up- what is your first reaction when your chain is yanked?

I always enjoy the humor you inject and very often you have good info. to pass along.

You make the best decisions you can for you and your clients and best of luck to you

Dont attack or critic the other guy who is doing the same

Pass on the info. Keep the rock tossing aside- I have Googled your name- there is plenty of ammo there if you want to play in the mud- i prefer not to

You still have not disclosed-DO YOU GET A FEE FROM REFERALS TO HILCORP OR WHOEVER THE TOP BIDDER IS- that would establish your motivation to dog the other guy as much as you do.

If you want to slug it out with ALOV pick it up with them directly, Call Bob Rae or attend one of his meetings and speak up there, let me know how that works out for you.

We do not get referals and we never stand in the way of a landowner and an energy company.  As far as google, believe me , distortions.  Some one once told me "if you're not in trouble, you ain't doing anything."

Anyway, you are right I'll cool it on the stone throwing, I just felt bad for the farmers who didn't get $5K

Ron, Were cool, just keep in mind this is how this particular group works from my understanding. They work the best deal possible, they call a meeting to present it to the members, the members vote on the deal, one vote per acre owned, if you dont like the deal you are free to walk away.

Looking forward to your next thought provoking post.

James, your nodda kiddin!!

Ron does not have the gonads to call up Bob Rea !!!
