Hey. Don't kill the messenger. I am a lease holder and proud to be one. There are just some items in there that make me think, especially the part where the lease payments go down and also the tiny portions of land that are included in a unit.

If you would like to waste 48 minutes, you could watch this youtube video, or if you would like to spend that time doing something much more useful and much more important:

you could trim your nose hairs,

clean the wax out of your ears,

trim the hairs in your ear,

and remove the lint from your navel.

 

After wasting a few minutes on the video, I am now reaching for the scissors and Q-tips.

Okay. I get it. I don't care about some of the rhetoric in there. I was just curious about some of the assertions. See my reply above.
