Drilling under state lands

I was told that negotiations were in progress for drilling under Barkcamp State Park from adjacent properties. Does anyone on this site have any info about it?

The state is currently working at vetting all their parcels in the shale bearing counties for consideration of leasing (and later, possibly drilling). ODNR is assigning task forces on a county by county basis to rapidly work through this huge task.
