What percentage does the lessee pay ?

How can any landowner / lessor / lessee enter into a financial agreement / binding contract without knowing the answers to those questions ?

We think any ' Post Production / Market Enhancement Costs ' should be the product of ' arm's length transactions ' and paid by the lessee (among many other things resulting from development).
