A few of the Wishgard people have been paid, I have talked to a few others that are in your position. In the last week I talked to someone that signed with Blackridge they have not been paid but they are not over their time frame. A few Amish got taken and got less than 50$ per acre. You might want to check out some of the other groups.

My understanding is that the first landowner here to sign with BlackRidge, Juhasz's, received their check today.  As Dan says, nobody else with BlackRidge is past their time yet...

That is confirmed Ed. BlackRidge did pay the first group yesterday.

when you signed with Wishgard,  you might as well be wishing.

where are you located? in northern Ashtabula county i don't think there's much interest presently.

when you sign with wishguard,it is not a lease.You are authorizing them to be your middlemen,to shop your land around and if they lease your land you'll get paid and not until then.They pocket the difference between what they promised you and what the driller pays them.

All I have gotten from wishgard is a run around. I have less than a week before my "Due dilligence" period is up. I went to the office and they shuffled some papers around and then said "Oh, you may have to sign an extension".

Yeah, not gonna happen.
