Has anyone heard anything about the oil well drilling around North Georgetown. I know they have 2 wells all mapped for drilling on the Sanor pad  and I have heard they are supposed to put another pad in north Georgetown. They seem to be wanting to buy up the mineral rights of the land owners in the drilling units. I have heard that they are working on drilling 11 wells in this area. This area seems to be rich in wet gas which as I understand it, they use to make plastic.

It looks like they have updated the status on all the sanor wells from permitted to drilling. So they must be going to complete all those before moving to the next pad. They have started running the temporary water lines for the water needed to frac the wells.    The only thing I cant find is if the are running any new pipelines to collect the gas from theses wells,  I cant find any new easements or right of ways recorded

Any updates on which well they are drilling next? I'm guessing the lehwald pad. Looks like the Sanor well is nearing completion. Has anyone heard of any more wells going in besides the lehwald and grove wells?

they posted the maps for the grove well pad there is a NW  and NE unit, they are running 18,000 ft legs so the end is near the Bandy rd Hartley rd intersection

I see the rig  is up on the Lehwalt pad and they are working on installing the grove pad.  the grove pad initially looks like the horizontals will be Northwest, EAP has a proposal to the state to drill southeast off the grove pad to the zeppernick wildlife area

Tacoma,
Where did you see that info at? I thought the were going north with west and east units. Have you heard where they are going after the grove pad?

Yes the grove pad is going north initially.  I found the other info as the new rules in ohio to drill under state lands, Zepernick Wildlife ect, they have to basically submit a nomination to Ohio with a map and they enter how much bonus money, Ect..  I dont believe the money number is public till they accept the bid.  I found the info when I was searching after the state rejected a bid of $5500 per acre 20% bonus for the salt fork area down south.

https://ohiodnr.gov/business-and-industry/municipalities-and-public...

Zeperneck was nomination Nomination #: 23-DNR-0004 its only 66 acres behind the old paradise campground & lake pina

I did submit a public record request to see if the bid was accepted, to see the numbers to use in my negotiating

I also submitted a public record request asking for any well pad applications/ permits issued in Knox & West township, in the past year. I don't have a response on that other than my request was still under review.

Thank you for the info. Where would I put in a request for the well applications? Curious if any more were applied for in butler township. I think they are going to need to give bigger bonus % and $ per acre after the first quarter report on the mountz well.
