Where are you? It depends where you are which group works best for your location,
I know of two, and I'm sure there are more, but you could start with the Central New York Land Coalition, cnylandcoalition.org the second one is the Sidney Area Landowner's Association ( I don't recall the web site but you can google them if you are up in that area).

The CNY Land Coalition is having a big meeting on saturday 4/10 in Unidilla. They are a very large group (150,000 acres plus) and I think they intend to discuss ways to divide up. You may want to consider going to the meeting.

As Kilgour Farms mentioned it depends on where in the county your property is located, whether you are within the NYC watershed, etc. as to which group would be best suited to your purposes.
The CNY had a meeting today with our attorneys in Binghamton, I have a feeling that the entire CNY will be divided into smaller groups using the same professionals with the same goal, all the Delaware county landowners should think about putting together continuous land parcels. We will need to reach out to everyone to see where their land is located and start from there.
Contact Dave Lillywhite, who manages the Colchester Coalition of property owners located primarily between Colchester & Hancock. His email is dave@summitenergy.com.
Thank you for your feed back.
