Guernsey co. OIL

There's been lots of permits pulled the last couple months. NONE for Guernsey co.  What? they don't like OIL?    Maybe the gas & NGLiquids are worth more to them nowadays. Or maybe they are saving the oil  for after they get all the leases signed or the minerals bought off those who want to sell out completely!

I think they are going for areas with pipeline nearby,
Or soon to be nearby, first.
