Do it per foot per line. I screwed up in the contract it said line or lines. So what they said is they bought an easement at so much per foot so they could put as many lines as they want. I got $ 5 a foot. And I asked for extra for any booster pumps placed on my property.  If I had to do it again I would ask at least double  it's been a pain in the drain..

I would tell them you do not want any booster pumps on your property. The pumps are noisy and people are constantly on your prop. refueling and working on them .If they have to put pumps in you should get at least $2500.00 per pump.

I know people who got $15. per foot for temp.waterline.  Antrim/Grohl well.

yeah mark west mentioned to us that range might want to run a temporary water line can I ask how long is what they call temporary ?  and did agreement end  with end of use? was it all above ground except for road crossings ? how often did they check on it ? thank you in advance for your comments   mark

Well the land owners on grape hollow got $3500 for a 5 year agreement. Didn't pay attention to where it said "lines", if they want. Guess we will learn someday!!
