Permalink Reply by evan on September 4, 2014 at 8:47am Do it per foot per line. I screwed up in the contract it said line or lines. So what they said is they bought an easement at so much per foot so they could put as many lines as they want. I got $ 5 a foot. And I asked for extra for any booster pumps placed on my property. If I had to do it again I would ask at least double it's been a pain in the drain..
Permalink Reply by donald w. fritz on September 4, 2014 at 12:20pm I would tell them you do not want any booster pumps on your property. The pumps are noisy and people are constantly on your prop. refueling and working on them .If they have to put pumps in you should get at least $2500.00 per pump.
