I have 59 acres of ogm rights fore lease or possible sale.The property location is Bell Township, Jefferson County. Any information on who may be buying or leasing in this area would be greatly appreciated. Also, does anyone have any information on what would be considered fair lease terms or a fair sale price for rights in this area of PA?
