Have seen a lot more interest lately in those wishing to acquire mineral rights in parts of South east Ohio. Is this due to interest in the Black River formation or some other reason. Getting…Continue

Robert Bond has not received any gifts yet
If your wells are already being drilled, do you know how to track the progress on ODNR, or were you looking for boots on the ground info?
A lot depends on location. If you are anywhere near a state owned property, there will be a delay. If you are west of I-77, not much going on.
Activity will likely pick up steam once the Shell cracker plant in PA comes online and the PTT Global plant starts construction phase.
Mountaineer Storage is prepping the area around Dill's bottom for Salina Formation storage facility to feed the PTT Global Ethan cracker. Across the river, in WV will be more storage fields.
Pipeline takeaway capacity will increase as Rover gets completed. Nexus is still awaiting final FERC approval. Cove Point should start exporting from the Dominion lines off the east coast sometime before the end of the 3rd quarter.
Hi Robert,
I just read your post. What kinds of information in what counties are you looking for? I am a NARO Appalachia member.
We have a water line with AEP you can dicker for more than 3 dollars a foot. Is David Bushee the lease guy? He's a good guy.
Bob,
Here's what's new : 3 water containment structures being built for fracking. One next to the Lake well on Pennyroyal rd., one on a person named Blenavich on Pennyroyal { on hill across from intersection os Tysonmills, and one on Robert Grey on top of McCoy road, before it intersects with Pennyroyal.
Also McCoy road is being bonded by AEU past Robert Grey, also Penrose Road, and one other road up by the radio tower.
Also seismic testing crews around here wanting on our land.
Sounds to me like AEP will be doing some drilling in the Spring.
Who are you leased with? We are leased with Kimble.
Bob,
All I know about Lawson well is that large trucks that have "Marathon Crude Oil" Findley,Ohio, drive out of the site on a regular basis. No one in the unit have received a "division order". Gas pipe lines in place, but don't know when they will be hooked up. Who has your lease? Do you need to sign a unitization agreement to attach to a unit?
I guess the trucks my husband saw were going to the Lake well on Pennyroyal road, close to Londonderry, to start building a water retention pool, I guess there is supposed to be 3 large pools in this area {around Pennyroyal road) To supply water to wells that are to be drilled this summer. Don't know where, think it's AEU. I think the weather has things slowed down more than the price of oil. Don't know how much land you have, but you need to have a lawyer scrutinize your lease and see what rights you have. Good Luck, Cecily
Robert,
I live next door to the Lawson well, on Miller's Fork road. We can see lights from about 5 wells. The Miller's well, on Jasper rd. is done fracking, the Caston well, off Jasper road on Caston road, is being fracked now, The Donna well,on Skullfork rd, is being drilled. Today my husband said he saw lots of trucks with drilling equipment on them heading to Pennyroyal road, maybe to Beaver Road. There is also a well across route 22 on Hoop's Lane, not sure of it's status.
located in northern trumbull cty, farmdale but vernon township. missed first go around so I am looking to see what is available for round 2.
Hi Bob Yes cobra is the kind of people that should not be on this site,he knows less than he thinks he does. The large pump jack that you ask me about is needed because of the rod weight I do not know were the down hole pump is set so I can not be sure, Also the biger the jack the longer the pump stroke that means it can bring more fluid to surface, The double seperators is to seperate the fluid as you know there must be a lot of liquid in the gas to double up. How big are the tanks? thanks Mike

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
