What is the purpose of the pipeline that is running across warren ridge

I've seen work being done on the ridgetop off of County Road 16 in Rayland. I've heard this is some type of gas pipeline. Does anyone know what it will be used for and/or if this is any indication that they plan to drill on the ridge? I can see a rig on the next ridge top over.

I Believe that is a markwest pipeline running from cameron area to cadiz area for processing.
