 To the best of my knowledge no one is looking to do anything much in west Mahoning right now. A lot of the area was held by production. You didn't say your Mother was so I assume she isn't. I know some got signed up with Chesapeake a couple years back when they were grabbing anything & everything, but I've heard of no drilling plans on any of it.  I think they have way more land leased than they can get drilled & thus are concentrating on more productive areas with better infrastructure. All I can advise is for you to monitor sites like this on her behalf. If some company figures this oil window out things could change quickly. Best of luck.
