Hmm sounds interesting we are right on the state line by Majorsville we reserved the Utical when we leased the Marcellus shale. Close to 2 thousand continuous acreage. Do you have contact info ?

Sure Ron Miller -- Fossil Creek Ohio LLC--724-355-9385

Thanks I'll give him a call tomorrow

we have 3 players looking to lease acreage they are TRANS ENERGY--CHEVRON and FOSSIL CREEK

WAS TOLD FOSSIL CREEK IS LEASING FOR GULFPORT

I was told they were joint venturing with chevron

Hi Pete when I called Ron Miller he told me that they had just signed the Krishna's the night before. Chevron has the Marcellus leased through accusation of AB Resources leases in that area. They also have a first option for any other zones if leased. I believe. Mr Miler told me that they had passed weren't interested in the lease.

There was a meeting put together by a bunch of law firms in town and they are forming a land group -- 6% fee which they ask the buyers to pay and you can opt out and not take the lease they put together,  any way they feel we should get
upwards of 10,000 an acre for the lease--they are trying to get 8,000 plus
acres in the group before checking on offers. I`m inclined to believe this
just as the Marcellus leasing started and then picked up.

Fossil kept going on about infrastructure in place to get the gas out
mainly because I asked and already knew pipeline capacity is running at 99% on the main line crossing over into PA
I was told they got all the leases from Krishna`s from the first refusal and now had the 60 days to pay up--will keep watch for permits

I'd say there will have to be a a lot of gas in The Utica to fetch us 10 thousand an acre in this area as I have been told it is dry gas or line ready gas. Of course I can remember when they where saying that the Marcellus shale was dry gas In this area also.
