hello...we bought our property with an existing shallow lease. When hilcorp acquired it they told us we were not eligible for the bonus money because of our pre existing shallow lease. But....we just found out that others in our same situation took them to court and they were given the bonus money. Does anyone have any information on this? Thank you!
