They have been public.  They are just offering more stock to raise funds.

Article says funds are for development of its recently acquired Utica acreage.   Frank are you indicating some of that acreage is in Monroe Co. ?   Lol I spent an hour of a Saturday afternoon in September talking with a Carrizo landman who was beating the bushes in Monroe Co.looking for acreage.
