7000 a acre is not that much ! What part of Monroe county are you in?
Sounds low but I dont know much about your area. Get a lawyer BEFORE signing for sure............
Mineral Buyer, I might be interested in selling 50 acres of mineral rights, I am under a lease at 19 % lease, what would your offer be? I'd like to also view a contract.
Thanks
My 28 acres are in Bethel Twp. Monroe Co. Ohio, (SW corner of Monroe Co.) any thoughts of the value? I am leased with Antero @ 19%.
DJM,
Same thing I told Money Bags. If you are interested in selling send me a msg. I have a friend actively buying in that county, if you are interested in really selling.
Money Bags,
A friend of mine is buying mineral rights in Monroe also. Their prices seem fair I know they purchased some for $9800 with a 20% lease. Send me a msg and I will put you in contact wit them.
money bags,
my thinking is if you sell a portion of your minerals, that portion will end up in the hands of the producers........the same people who you doubt will let you walk in their corportate offices and check the books.
they are the ones most interested in buying up the minerals
Yea; why pay royalties when you can just buy the mineral rights.
Money for Minerals will beat any written offer buy $100ac
