Does anyone need information about selling all or part of their minerals? I often hear about misconceptions and was wondering if anyone needed accurate information in order to make an educated decision. Chris

My hope is that everyone that is thinking of selling out a portion of minerals, will think about it and make sure that they read the small print. Once they get the pipes in the ground I think it will explode with rigs. PATIENCE,PATIENCE and PATIENCE !!!!!!!!

Offer up to 18,000 as of yesterday. Where will it stop. This amount is more than tempting................Guernsey/Millwood Twp.

I cant say the name of the company because of confidentiality agreement with the law firm representing me. Same firm out of Canton that arranged my lease with Gulfport........

Are you using a law firm to get offers on selling mineral rights .  I've heard of people doing that.  I'm ready to do something real soon

What do you mean $18k?? Per acre?

He was offered $18,000 per acre for his gas&oil royalty rights.

Last offer was $19,500 an acre for sale of mineral rights (all oil & gas rights) retain surface & shallow rights. 

Who offered 18k/ acre? I think I missed out!
