Are they looking for a building to put equipment in ir just some land to put equipment on?

They are looking for Buildings to warehouse equipment that does have some land with it to also park equipment on.  Some drillers are looking for 10,000-15,000 sq ft.  Others like larger buildings with large amounts of land.

 I now have a 2nd Realtor involved that has clients interested as well.  I apologize if you have not heard back from the Realtors.  This information is being passed on and I know he has had some drillers from Denver in and bought in upper Belmont.  We are working on this!
