If the emergency deal is passed and I hope that it is not certain provisions would have to placed in the written up portion of the by-laws contained in the emergency package. But one of the most important items that would need to be placed in the by-laws would be a halt in using any of the water in years where because of drought conditions the water level in the lakes even started to drop 6 inches. But once people watch this video the people of Ohio will rise up and stop any fracking in Ohio hopefully.Fracking Further Draining Drought-Stricken Lake Benbrook.http://dfw.cbslocal.com/2011/09/20/few-marina-owners-hanging-on-as-....

  I commented there:

How much natural gas and electricity does the university use in a year? How much do you personally use? But for the love of money? Tell me Cheryl how much does a college degree cost, and what is the purpose of the degree to increase wealth!
Dale Schmidt, CEO of the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, which runs the Wilds, didn't learn of the lease transfer until a few months ago, he said.
Lately, however, the excitement has all been about Utica Shale, and Anadarko has more experience in Utica drilling than Artex, Hemlepp said. So, Artex approached AEP to ask if it would consider a lease transfer, Hemlepp said.
Land owners should know if their property is under a lease you can research it right here from home.

Artex has more land leased than you can imagine type in Artex in the search box. As a land owner I feel Land Owners can do as they want to do in the leasing or non leasing of their property. However I came across a lease that was signed on the 14th of April 2012 . This piece of property was apparently surrounded by lands already leased by Artex from AEP. The land owner signed this lease for a royalty of only 12.5% when right now royalties are as high as 21%! That can be a very large sum of money to a land owner.
Numerous times landsmen have thrown the threat of well if you don’t sign we will drill under you or around you, really? They cannot drill around every one, and they sure as H can’t drill under you without your permission or a lengthy permit battle where they must come to terms that are of a current fair value.
Please readers spread the word to your country friends your neighbors learn more about O&G. A two hour meeting is not enough time to learn what you need to learn before you possibly sign a paper that could cost you and you children millions of dollars that is rightfully yours.
Even if you have as little as 2 acres you might be involved with a well. Know what the going market is on pipe line right of ways, land lease value and royalties. WHAT TO AVOID IN LEASES. Join me and your neighbors at the Go Marcellus Shale Web Site http://gomarcellusshale.com/ where I started a sub group there for us http://gomarcellusshale.com/group/muskingum-licking-county if you see a pop up asking for a donation you can simply put in 0 (Zero) so the site is free.
Did you know that a lease no could be worth almost $6000 per acre with 21% royalty? Yes indeed that's the kind of information you as a landowner can find at the site along with ton of additional information as well.
