As I live on the Muskingum/Licking county border is the reason for the combination. The group will be free to separate if someone in Licking County wants to run a separate county.

I understand the Federal EPA and the DOI are soon going to issue their proposed fracking standards
Perhaps we can put them together and come up with safe fracking standards and then proceed?
