James I started the dual county as we although in the oil window of the Utica were in the blind as to what was going on. In our area we are in many case held by production which limits the land owners options. It also limits the O&G companies in acquisition as producers of shallow wells are more knowledgeable in whats in stake and drive harder bargains as it is a business situation where the goal is to make money not except whats thrown at them.

Artex is in Know County currently. Maybe once finished there they will move south to Licking, Perry and Fairfield.

I've been keeping up with Artex too. Seems they're active but the activity in Licking County is sporadic at best. My interests are in the Perry Twp area and nothing seems to have taken place there sadly
