ARTEX leasing in Brush Creek twp.

Lease option agreement and seismic permit.  $350/acre is top money with a 1/8 Royalty.  No additional payment for seismic testing.

Something tells me they are not really interested in the Rose Run, but what data they can gather with the 3D seismic.  Still good to see that someone is at least looking.

Any further reports on this? My family owns mineral rights in Brush Creek and Harrison twps...not in the area. Would like to know what is going on!

It's a JV with Chesapeake. Bottom line I doubt CHK wants to drill vertical wells.

Any word on the seismic testing? Artex is still poking around Brush Creek...more leases for seismic testing in that twp. as recently as yesterday...hope someone has some news!
