Cleaning up Ohio

I've been going through deleting posts and banning members who either didn't read the non-soliciting agreement or chose to ignore it. Here is the pertinent part of the user agreement. 

 

"Also, there is zero tolerance for unauthorized solicitations and spamming in the forums. Personal emails, websites or phone numbers will be assumed to be solicitations. Permitted sites include news, non-profits & government agencies."

 

Most of you have followed these rules exceptionally and I thank you!

I'm new to this site.  Apparently, I am also ignorant about a lot of the way it works.  I thought I had posted a reply to a discussion and it never showed up.  Every time I try to post something, I'm told I have to join a group.  I joined Ohio Landowners.  Does every discussion have it's own group?  It seems like a lot of hassle to drop a comment or share information now and then.
