Cobra Pipeline, what is going price for new lines???

Received a letter from Cobra today wanting to install an additional line through my property. I have been trying for the last 2 years to get them to correct the problems at the current river crossings.

What is the going rate for pipeline installation now? I'm beleive I read on here that it was possible to get $70.00 per linear foot. Does that sound reasonable? 

This should be a good thing as I can get the river bank repaired.

I'd tell them to fix the problem pronto to your liking as you have taken pictures and intend on posting them to this site if they don't! Then perhaps you MIGHT talk!
