Enervest?

Two summers ago, Dominion ran a supply pipeline that went through the township I live in. One of the township trustees just told me that Enervest is purchasing the pipeline from Dominion.

Does anyone know anything about Enervest? I know already that they are a managing company for welss, but not much more than that.

They sold a number of wells to CHK for exploration.
